Bruce (approximately 62 pounds) was transferred to the NHSPCA from an overcrowded shelter in Tennessee. This boy has no idea that he is a large dog - he is a Squishmallow in a large dog body! Bruce ADORES people and loves to be around them - he has shown off his gentle and loving nature from the moment he walked through the doors of his Tennessee shelter. His feet are the size of dinner plates and he has a big ol' bucket of a head, but this does not stop Bruce from attempting to be a lap dog. Bruce loves food as much as he loves people, and his love of food is quite passionate. We have yet to find a treat that Bruce does not like, LOL! He was lucky enough to spend some time in a Southern foster home, where he did very well with the other dogs, the cats, and even the children! Did we mention that Bruce is a hugger who likes to give sloppy kisses to his best friends (i.e. everyone)? Bruce's dream is to remain safe and get as much love as he possibly can.
