About Rodney

Start your journey together! Apply now. Rodney is ready to be your new best friend! This 4.5-year-old terrier mix sports a darling face and an incredibly sweet soul. After arriving at the shelter in May 2024 with two other dogs, Rodney watched both companions find loving homes, leaving him to wonder when his turn would come. Initially, Rodney was quite unsure of new people and sensitive to touch. However, thanks to patient, gentle care, he has blossomed into a more confident dog every day. When he settles in, his affectionate, gentle personality truly comes to life. All Rodney needs now is a caring person willing to open their heart and home to him. As Sweet as a Peach Animal Rescue is working hard to pull Rodney from the shelter, but they need a foster or adopter to help him take his next brave steps. A calm, understanding home will help Rodney continue to learn that kindness and love last a lifetime. In exchange, Rodney will offer steadfast loyalty and heartfelt companionship. Don't let Rodney wait any longer—your love could be the fresh start he's been dreaming of. They are ready to love you; are you ready to apply?
