About Duke

Duke is a fun and friendly fellow, about 1 year old and weighing around 39 lbs. He came to Mostly Mutts seeking a new home filled with love. Duke is a happy, easygoing boy with a sweet personality. He's eager to find his forever family and soak up all the affection available. Duke has met other dogs at the shelter and got along well, so if you have a dog at home, a meet-and-greet could be in order. While he hasn’t interacted with kids yet, gentle introductions are advisable, especially avoiding toddlers. Duke is curious and playful and is currently enrolled in the Mostly Mutts University training program. He has shown good manners in his crate and when outside. The volunteers believe he will make an excellent family dog. After a bit of uncertainty during his bath, he bounced back to his joyful self, showing resilience. He loves toys and enjoys gentle pats on the head. Once he settles into a new home, he is sure to uncover more shared interests with you. Duke is neutered, fully vaccinated, and microchipped.
