Meet Rocky, an adventurous 9-month-old mixed breed Husky, who is eagerly awaiting his forever family. This handsome male may seem aloof at first, but once he feels comfortable, he forms deep and lasting bonds with his humans. Rocky is on the lookout for a patient, experienced household that truly understands the unique needs of a Husky and the joys and challenges of raising an energetic adolescent dog. One of Rocky's best qualities is his potential for devotion; he deeply attaches to those who show him love and consistent guidance. He does have a quirky side—he can be a bit controlling with other dogs and isn't always immediately social with new people or pets. That's why ongoing training and supervision will be essential to help him navigate social interactions and refine his manners. Rocky has done well in the office, often settling down for long naps and greeting visitors with calm curiosity. To ensure his continued progress, Rocky will need support during enthusiastic greetings, whether it's through treats or a nice walk to expend some energy. He’s shown he can keep a clean space, suggesting that he may be housetrained, but it's important to give him regular breaks outside. If you’re ready to embrace the spirited nature of a Husky and invest in a compassionate, consistent training approach, Rocky promises to be a loyal and loving addition to your family. ***ADOPTION FEE SPONSORED***
