About Nico fka Noodles located

Meet Nico, formerly known as Noodles. This young male Dutch Shepherd and Belgian Malinois mix had a challenging start, arriving at the shelter with an amputated tail. Thankfully, the amazing team at MAD took him in and since then, he has been thriving. He shows great promise with obedience and impulse control, demonstrating the drive and intensity that make these breeds exceptional working dogs. Nico has made solid improvements in door manners and sleeps peacefully through the night without barking. He is incredibly affectionate, always eager to bond with people. However, he is still perfecting his impulse control and can be quite energetic. With a high prey drive, he is not suitable for homes with cats or small animals, as he becomes overly excited in their presence. Nico also exhibits some resource guarding tendencies and requires experienced handling to ensure he thrives in the right environment. Nico is not your average companion; he needs an experienced adopter who can provide structure and purpose. With the right guidance, he will shine in a performance or working home where his athleticism and instincts can be put to good use. Take the first step towards making Nico a part of your life — he's ready to engage and bond with a strong handler. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
