Coton is an energetic, sweet but shy puppy who is approximately7 months old. She was abandoned with her four brothers so not much is known of her history prior to being found. Cotton needs someone who will be patient with her as she can be standoffish at first. She has been exposed to cats,horses, goats, dogs and chickens that were behind a fence. She does show interest in them, but does not bark, or show any aggression toward them. She does great with large female dogs and loves to run and wrestle with them. She knows how to walk on a leash or harness, but needs additional training in basic obedience. Cotton has a great nose and loves to sniff things out! She is great at finding hidden treats and mice that might be hiding in the barn. I think she would be great at barn hunt or any games that allow her to use her nose. She also likes to use a snuffle mat to find hidden treats. Cotton will thrive with someone who is willing to take the time to build her confidence and give her an environment that will stimulate her. She's a smart girl just waiting for someone to teach her new things!
