Otter adores everyone he meets, making friends wherever he goes, whether with familiar faces or strangers. This playful pup has thrived in a family environment, loving playtime with little kids and being the life of the party. Otter excels in fun activities, from fetching to tug-of-war, and has a penchant for plush and squeaky toys.
