Hi, I'm Kunitz, and around here I've earned a bit of a reputation as the social butterfly. I'm a 2-year-old, 55-pound Lab mix who believes strangers are really just friends I haven't met yet. I'm a happy, affectionate guy, and the volunteers will tell you I've become one of their favorites. I can't help it, I just really like people! I've lived in a busy family home before and loved being part of the action. I'm housetrained and crate trained, and I'm great with kids. I've also done very well with my dog buddies, who shared my kennel during my stay before coming to Happy Bark. When it's time for a walk, I may start out with some extra enthusiasm because I'm just so excited to be going somewhere with you, but I settle down quickly. I'm the kind of guy who can make you laugh and then happily settle in for some affection. I'd love a family who wants a cheerful sidekick to share everyday life with. Mostly, though, I'm just Kunitz, a genuinely good dog who is very ready to belong to someone. Kunitz's adoption fee is $275.
