About Phillie~graduated From Pawsinprison.
Phil is a gentle, black Labrador mix with a sweet and goofy spirit, but heās also quite shy. He just wrapped up two rounds of the Paws-In-Prison program, so his obedience and manners are top-notch, but he still finds the world a little intimidating. Phil needs a patient home that can give him reassurance and help him blossom at his own pace. He thrives with another playful, friendly dog in the houseāideally with a calm routine and either older or easy-going kids, or no kids at all. Because he's still building his confidence, a physical fenced yard is a must. Phil adores people, loves attention, and is especially motivated by treats and food. Heās the sort of dog who will want to snuggle up on the couch with you and be your loyal companion for every show binge. He gets along great with other dogs, absolutely loves the water, and his gentle nature will win over anyone willing to give him time. Philās adoption fee is waived for the right home. Heās hoping to find a family who understands shy dogs and can help him feel safe and secure. Fun fact: born April 15, Phil is an Ariesāno wonder heās spirited underneath that shy exterior. Let him show you how rewarding it is to bring a timid heart out of its shell. Click apply to start the adoption process.
