About Fields

Fields is a lovely, talkative, and sweet one-year-old male silver tabby cat with striking golden eyes. After being rescued from a tough situation in Chicago’s Old Town, he's ready to find his forever home. Once trapped under a heavy metal grate, Fields was saved thanks to the efforts of concerned animal lovers and brought to the Friends of Petraits Rescue. He’s become a volunteer favorite, known for his affectionate personality and penchant for belly rubs. At just six pounds, he’s healthy, neutered, and vaccinated for rabies and distemper. Fields is an ideal lap cat, relishing the company of humans, but he does not get along with other cats or dogs. He successfully uses his litter box and is fully house trained. Fields is looking for a loving guardian who appreciates his gentle, cuddly nature. If you're interested in making him a part of your family, please fill out an adoption application and reach out to schedule a meet-up. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and let's get started.
