About Panchito
Panchito is a big-hearted boy with an even bigger personality! Weighing in at 95 pounds, it’s easy to see why his previous adopter affectionately called him a "gentle giant." After being adopted from Erath County Humane Society in 2024, he returned to us through no fault of his own. Now, this sweet boy is looking for his forever home. Panchito absolutely loves attention and pets, thriving when he’s surrounded by people. He walks well on a leash and enjoys car rides, making him a wonderful companion for adventures. Accustomed to both indoor and outdoor living, he would love a family that can shower him with love, attention, and guidance. He is somewhat potty trained but may need a refresher as he adjusts to his new surroundings. Panchito is open to meeting other dogs and generally does well with proper introductions. While he has not been around cats, he has shown he can be good with livestock, though he does have a tendency to chase goats, so a home with goats may not be ideal. Panchito has received all necessary vaccinations and is neutered. His adopter will need to update his rabies vaccination. This gentle giant has so much love to offer and is ready for someone to truly see how wonderful he is. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
