Diamond Girl is named for the diamond shape on her neck and her favorite song, well...it is now. She looks like a border collie in her coloring and is super smart and affectionate. She is very active and confident. She will be part of the pack and then break away to see how the person is doing and to get petted. In other words, she has good social skills with dogs but wants positive attention from people as well. Her mom's DNA is all that we know. Mom is mostly Australian Shepherd with Labrador and some terrier with a dash of Rottweiler and cocker spaniel. Dad was a traveling man - and we know nothing about him. I'm going to guess based on a few of the floppy ears that some have German shepherd and perhaps a little border collie. (No one looks like the other!!) The kids should be between 45-60 pounds. She is one of the bigger females. All the puppies have been socialized since they were born. having been found on Day 2 and arriving at the Sanctuary on Day 4. The mom is sweet and friendly and was abandoned with other dogs. (All were rescued.) Diamond Girl is utd on all shots, wormed, microchipped and spayed. She will need her rabies shot at 16 weeks. She is one of the few puppies who actually might know her name, but it has to be sung. Just kidding. Diamond Girl, bum, bum, you sure do shine.
