Meet Drago — handsome, friendly, well-trained... and VERY MUCH a Husky. Drago is a 2–3-year-old male Husky who was found as a stray, and honestly, we’re still scratching our heads over how this guy ended up wandering the streets. He was clean, well-groomed, had nicely kept nails, and clearly knew some basic training. He wasn’t microchipped, but we posted him on all the lost-dog sites hoping his family would come looking for him. Sadly, no one did. But their loss could be someone else’s happily ever after. Drago is SUPER friendly, well-mannered, and clearly knows what it’s like to be someone’s pet. He’s a really great dog who loves people and is ready to find his next family. Now for the important Husky disclaimer... Drago believes the world is his backyard. If given the opportunity, he would happily wander off to explore, investigate the neighborhood, make some new friends, and possibly embark on a cross-country adventure. So his new family will need to be Husky-smart and make sure he is always safely contained and supervised. No “Oh, he’ll stay in the yard” thinking with this guy! If you’ve ever loved a Husky, you already know: They’re smart. They’re hilarious. They’re affectionate. They’re a little dramatic. And they ALWAYS have their own agenda.
