About Sage
Meet Sage! Sage is a 7-month-old neutered male Heeler/Shepherd mix eager to leave behind a tough start and embrace the life he deserves. He came from a challenging situation where he was born into a home with many dogs in unsanitary conditions. Despite this, Sage has a friendly, loving nature and all the potential to thrive with the right family. He's good with other dogs and has been fostered with older children. Currently, Sage is learning to walk on a leash and working on basic obedience. He's starting to grasp housebreaking with his foster family, and he will need ongoing training and consistency as he grows into the wonderful companion we know he can be. Sage weighs around 39 pounds and isnβt expected to get much bigger. Sage has a well-controlled seizure disorder that is managed with affordable medication. His positive spirit shines through despite his rough beginnings. He seeks a loving home willing to provide the guidance and patience he missed out on early in life. Could you be the person to give Sage his fresh start? His adoption fee is $100. Heβs up to date on vaccinations, heartworm negative, neutered, and microchipped. Start your journey together with Sage!
