Before coming into rescue, Ruby wandered nearly nine miles along lake roads, making her way back and forth until someone helped her find safety. Arriving hungry and covered in ticks, that past is behind her now; she’s healthy, happy, and full of life. Ruby thrives on adventure. Whether it’s walks, exploring new trails, or playing in the yard, she embraces every outing. Her ideal home might be with an active family or on a farm where she can be a working dog. One particular joy of hers? The water hose! Turn it on, and she’ll eagerly bark to get a sprinkle. To Ruby, being soaked is a delightful challenge, and her bubbly personality is laugh-out-loud entertaining.
