About Mama
Meet Mama, a resilient 10-year-old grey Domestic Shorthair. This lovely girl has endured a lot yet continues to shine bright. Recently, she underwent eye removal surgery due to severe infections and now navigates her world with remarkable confidence, despite being completely blind. Mama is great at using her litter box and has an impressive appetite. The moment she hears a can opening, she races to her bowl! Originally trapped as part of a TNR effort, Mama was spayed and vaccinated but needed both eyes removed due to her condition. Thankfully, she has adjusted well and is thriving in her foster home. She loves the sound of her foster family’s voices, spends time exploring her space, and is even beginning to accept treats from their hands. Mama is in search of a loving, patient owner who understands that she may require time to feel comfortable. She is adapting beautifully and enjoys life to the fullest. Spayed, vaccinated, and FIV/FELV negative, Mama is ready to find her forever home. If you think you can provide the loving environment she needs, reach out to adopt this exceptional girl.
