Though she spent years in a limited environment, Leela has shown a preference for the company of her previous companion rather than new dogs, so we believe she would be happiest as the only pet in a calm home. A secure, fenced yard is a must, as are families with teenagers or older. She seeks gentle, patient people who will show her what stability really means.
