Ellie was rescued from a homeless encampment in North Hollywood a few months ago. This beautiful, sweet girl is a little shy at first and is looking for a calm, loving home where she can feel safe, gain confidence, and truly blossom. Once Ellie gets to know you and feels comfortable, she becomes the sweetest little Velcro dog. She is absolutely obsessed with her foster mom and jumps for joy every time she comes home! Ellie is still learning how to walk nicely on leash. She was not accustomed to being walked on leash while living at the encampment, so she can pull at times, but she is learning and making progress. As part of Ellie's adoption, we will provide 3 training sessions with our trainer, who will help her new family with the transition into the home, building her confidence, leash skills, and helping her become the best companion she can be.
