Meet Max! This playful German Shepherd mix was found as a stray and enjoyed a brief stay with his finders before arriving at the shelter. They quickly discovered that Max is not just friendly, but also affectionate, cuddly, and delightfully silly. Max thrives on human interaction and is always up for some fun or cozy snuggles. He gets along well with other dogs and children, making him a great family companion. However, he's not a fan of cats, so a feline-free home would be ideal for him. If you're interested in meeting Max, he is waiting for you at the Pennsylvania SPCA Danville Center on Bloom Rd. We're open daily from 12:00-6:00pm, and no appointment is needed.
