If you’re interested in meeting him, visit our adoption event on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 6300 San Mateo NE in the south Sprouts parking lot. Alternatively, you can arrange a private meet-and-greet with Toby's foster parent by completing an application.
