About Rocco FH
Meet Rocco, a charming and affectionate 5-year-old Lab Retriever/Terrier mix ready for his forever home after being rescued from Orange County shelter. Rocco is the ultimate cuddler, always wanting to be by your side, whether on the couch or in a cushy chair. He’s well socialized and gets along with both dogs and cats, as long as introductions are handled slowly. Though he’s not the most energetic in the yard, Rocco enjoys car rides and is learning to walk nicely on a leash. He can pull at the beginning of walks, but his eagerness is manageable with a harness. Consistent training will help refine his skills. Rocco does best in a home without small children, as he can be a bit rough during playtime. He’s well-behaved in his crate when his owner is out and greets you joyfully when you return. Being a well-mannered dog, Rocco sits nicely for baths and ear cleaning, and while he doesn't currently have special needs, he requires a medication called NUMELVI for atopic dermatitis. His ideal adoptive family will provide him with plenty of attention, comfort, and patience to further develop his training. This loveable guy is eager to find someone to share his life with. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and let's get started.
