About Toby
Toby is a three-year-old Mini Golden Doodle who deserves a loving home where he can truly flourish. He was surrendered to the shelter along with his mother when their family moved out of state. Having been socialized mainly within his pack, Toby hasn't yet experienced the warmth of the broader world and is just beginning to embrace the kindness of new people. His foster mom is dedicated to helping him on this journey. Described as a sweet and sensitive soul, Toby enjoys being close to his people. He's a bit of a homebody but loves taking car rides and going for walks. His initial hesitance is slowly fading, and he’s discovering a playful side when he feels secure. Toby thrives in the company of other dogs and would benefit from having a confident canine friend to guide him. Although he may be skittish around strangers or loud noises, he's already made progress in unfamiliar settings like stores and breweries. Toby is best suited for a quieter household, away from the chaos of busy lifestyles, as he appreciates a chill environment. He’s neutered, vaccinated, and fully house trained. With some time, love, and patience, he’ll become a beloved member of the family. Toby is waiting for someone special to help him feel safe and loved. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
