About Troy
Troy is a sassy, loyal little character who’s always in his person’s corner. He’s a true mama’s boy, attaching closely to whomever he trusts and showing his playful spirit and affection to his inner circle. Troy thrives on movie nights and relaxed afternoons in the yard, but he takes his home security duties seriously—he’s always on the lookout for invaders, both real and imagined. As a small-breed fan favorite with Chihuahua and terrier mix enthusiasm, he’s as spunky as he is loving. Troy plays well with other dogs and tends to blend in with canine company, but he is not a fan of kids and prefers to avoid them. He does best in a quieter, adult household where his quirks can shine and he doesn’t have to put on a show for anyone but his chosen people. Troy will be ready for adoption in June or July and can be picked up in Saugus, MA. Fun fact: Troy was born April 12, making him an Aries—expect plenty of spirited energy!
