Athena is a young Shepherd mix full of energy and affection. Weighing in at about 60 lbs, she’s a happy and playful dog who insists on being close to her people — often thinking she’s a lap dog. Adopted previously, she had to be surrendered due to landlord issues. Having lived with children as young as one year, she’s ready to be part of a family that enjoys daily activities together. Given her enthusiasm, older children might be a better fit to match her energy levels. Athena does well with male dogs and appears friendly when meeting new people.
