Rhett is a male domestic short hair kitten at 4 months old, residing in Herrin, IL. He has a small build with beautiful orange and white coloring. Rhett is fully house trained and altered, and his vaccinations are up to date. He's a playful and friendly boy, ready to find a loving home.

About Rhett

Rhett got his second chance just in time. He was picked up from a local animal control facility on the very day he was scheduled to be euthanized due to overcrowding and a severe upper respiratory infection. After treatment, patience, and a lot of care, Rhett is now completely healthy and thriving. During his time at animal control, he bonded with two other kittens, Nora and Rosalee, forming a little family as they recovered together. This handsome blonde ginger boy has plenty of personality. Rhett loves to zoom around, launching toys into the air like he’s training for the cat Olympics. Once he's worn out, he enjoys curling up with his people for cuddles. He's social, confident, and adapts well to new furry friends, likely getting along with respectful kids and dogs, too. Rhett needs a home with another playful cat or dog. He could also be adopted with another Thistle Cat at a discounted pair rate, making him and one of his friends a perfect duo. Reach out to meet Rhett and see if this speedy little ginger is your new best friend.
