Casper requires a home without stairs, and he must be an indoor cat, although he can enjoy the outdoors on a secured leash or harness. His adoptive family should be prepared for occasional potty accidents due to his condition. Casper is incredibly sweet and affectionate, thriving on snuggles and playtime.
