Luna is a 57 lb. spayed female husky, around 5 years old. She loves to wander and explore outdoors, and when you get down to her level, she eagerly runs over for some loving kisses. Right now, she’s got a more relaxed energy and is very gentle. Treats are her thing; she takes them nicely when asked to sit. Although she’s not currently interested in playing with toys, she enjoys being close and receiving pets. Luna seems to be non-reactive around other dogs, so with slow and proper introductions, she may adapt well to a furry sibling. Her behavior around cats and children is unknown, so future adopters should keep this in mind. The shelter environment can be quite stressful; a few days for Luna to decompress will help her showcase her true personality.
