Samson came into rescue with Delilah after both were found together in rough condition. Once rescued, both learned they were heartworm positive, but Samson has now finished heartworm treatment and is in good health. He started out skinny and hungry, his ribs showing, but now he relishes daily meals, baths, and every walk he takes. Samson is genuinely loving, full of energy, and thrives on attention—he’d never turn down a belly rub or a pat on the head. His foster care experience has restored his trust in people, and he’s blossomed into a social, playful dog who enjoys friendly company. At about 58 pounds, he is looking for a forever family to give him the stability and affection he missed early on. Samson gets along well with other dogs and is both house trained and neutered.
