This sweet boy is friendly and active but not overly hyper, making him the perfect cuddle buddy and companion. Parents of this breed are known for being more family-oriented rather than exhibiting a strong prey drive, which makes Ghent highly trainable. With early bonding and training, he could excel in roles like search and rescue or even service work. They prefer homes that have experience with similar breeds, ideally with a fenced yard.
