About Blues

Blues is a lively young pup currently residing at our Bucktown Adoption Center in La Grange, KY. He is about 6 months old and has a playful spirit, often eager to explore the world around him. This sweet boy is neutered and healthy, with vaccinations up to date. He’s on his way through the core puppy vaccine series, so he’ll need a few more shots after adoption to complete his immunization. Microchipped and ready for a forever home, Blues displays friendliness towards other dogs and might thrive with a canine companion. He's still learning about housebreaking, and we’re assessing how he interacts with children and cats, as he hasn't met any during his time here. A slow introduction to any feline family members is recommended. Adopters should be prepared for the energy and curiosity that come with puppyhood—Blues is excited to learn and grow, and he definitely needs someone committed to training. Please note, OTAT requires all dogs under 6 months to enroll in a positive reinforcement training program within two weeks of adoption, funded by the adopter. This engaging pup’s adoption fee is $350, and he can’t wait to meet you! Ready to welcome Blues into your life? What are you waiting for? Apply today!
