Meet Ody! Ody is a charming Bulldog mix with an even bigger heart. Weighing about 45 pounds and born around February 19, 2025, Ody’s journey began with hardship—he was found as an emaciated stray. Thankfully, a caring foster provided him with the love and nutrition needed to transform him into the happy, healthy boy he is today. Despite his rocky start, Ody embodies sweetness and gentleness. He’s a true Velcro dog, always wanting to be close to his people. Whether he's resting with his back pressed against your leg, chewing on an antler or Kong, or flopping over for a belly rub, Ody thrives on companionship. Goofy yet lovable, he enjoys rope toys, Kongs, and long naps after playtime. He’s smart and eager to please, fully house-trained, and up to date on vaccinations. Ody is content in his crate, often retreating there with a favorite chew toy. Ody enjoys playing with familiar dogs but needs time to trust new canine friends. He’s best as an only dog or with a smaller, mature dog that can handle his excitement. He's currently fostered with other dogs and has adjusted well after a gradual introduction. Ody is also working on his leash manners. He asks for little—just a cozy blanket, a favorite chew, and a loving family.
