His spirit is hard to miss—he’s happy, affectionate, and not at all weighed down by his challenges. These days, Forrest is thriving in his foster home and enjoying life with his foster family. He gets along with other dogs, cats, and kids, so he’d fit nicely into almost any home where he’ll be cherished.
