Oso is a charming 4-year-old male Pit mix ready for a loving home. He came to us from Tanasbourne Vet ER in rough shape, but he's made a remarkable recovery and is now thriving. Oso gets along well with dogs and kids, and he's generally friendly with most adults — he just has a small preference for certain individuals, which we all can understand. While he has shown some tolerance around cats, we'd prefer a home without them to ensure everyone feels secure. This affectionate boy loves being with his people, exploring, and playing outside. Though he was initially spoken to in Spanish, he has picked up English quite well. Oso is potty trained but may need a little time to adjust to a new environment. He's also adapted well to kennel life. While he does have a protective streak, this just shows how much he cares for his family. If you introduce him to new people, it’s best that you’re present.
