Meet Red Week, a cheerful 8-week-old Australian Cattle Dog/Heeler mix puppy. He was found in the Douglas, AZ area, living with his litter of four and their mother in the desert. Sadly, one sibling didn’t make it, but two others have already found loving homes. Red is packed with personality and adores his toys, often engaging in playful antics like climbing and doing somersaults. While he currently lives in foster care in Sierra Vista, he’s been socialized with kids, trucks, chickens, and horses. This little charmer is known for his big puppy kisses when you pick him up! To stay happy and healthy, Red needs about 20-30 minutes of exercise and play, twice daily. He is crate-trained and sleeps around seven hours at night, gently whining to let you know when it’s time to go out early in the morning. His ideal family should be active and playful, mirroring his energy. Both parents are friendly rancher-type dogs found living in an abandoned home, and we anticipate Red will weigh between 35-45 pounds when full-grown.
