Meet Yogi! This handsome mixed breed pup is approximately 1 year old and currently weighs around 60 lbs. He was rescued after being found as a stray and has overcome heartworm treatment, making him ready for his new home. In his foster environment, he’s adapting well; he's made great progress with house training, crate training, and leash walking. Yogi is estimated to do well in homes with children aged 10 and up, and he gets along with laid-back dogs, though he hasn't interacted with cats. His foster family describes him as a beautiful big boy who enjoys running around in their fenced backyard and is already demonstrating good manners at home. He’s a happy and observant dog, showing promise as a wonderful companion. Yogi will be transported to N Dartmouth for adoption on September 11.
