Rescued from the side of a highway in Puerto Rico after suffering an injury, he underwent an amputation due to irreversible leg damage. Now a proud tripod, Cooper showcases his resilience and joy for life. He's fully vaccinated and will soon be neutered. Despite his past, Cooper is incredibly sweet once he feels safe. He displays a gentle and playful nature, thriving on attention and affection. Though he may be shy initially, he has never shown aggression, only a bit of fear stemming from his experiences. Every day, he grows more trusting. Cooper gets along well with other dogs and cats, making him a wonderful companion for diverse households. While currently in Puerto Rico, he's ready to find a loving home in the NY/NJ area or can be flown anywhere in the US for adoption or fostering. Ready to fall in love?
