About Potter

Potter is ready for adoption and has so much love to give. At about 6 years old, this charming German Shepherd mix has a heart of gold. After nearly a year in the shelter, he's finally in a place where he can show his true colors. Potter has a calm demeanor and enjoys lounging around the house, curling up beside his people. He’s a velcro dog who will stick close, following you from room to room for a cozy cuddle session on the couch. When it’s playtime, expect him to bring out his inner puppy with a game of fetch or some fun with his stuffed toys. Potter also loves walks and enjoys the company of his foster sister before settling in for a nice nap. He is fully house trained and crate trained, and he's making great strides with basic command training. Currently, Potter feels most comfortable around larger dogs that understand him, and he's building his confidence with smaller dogs. Potter has been waiting far too long for a forever home.
