About Bolt
Bolt stands out right away—he’s got those long legs and a soft, easygoing vibe. He’s three years old, about 65 lbs, with a medium-length white and cream coat. Bolt is genuinely friendly and gentle, and he greets dogs of all sizes with no hesitation. He knows his manners, too: house-trained and quick to show off a sit, shake, or down. You’ll have a dependable, mellow companion right from the start. Bolt’s vision is limited, but he’s figured out how to get around by sensing shadows and light. While he’s affectionate and tolerant, he’d do best in a home without small children—mostly to avoid any accidental bumps. He’s neutered, fully vaccinated, and microchipped, so he’s ready for his new family. Adoptions are limited to the Los Angeles area and nearby regions. They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now!

Questions about Bolt
What type of living environment is this breed usually best suited for?
Bolt, as a German Shepherd Dog/Siberian Husky mix, typically does best in a home with space to move and a secure, fenced yard. These breeds prefer active households that can give them structure and engagement.
How much outdoor space does this breed typically need?
Bolt will appreciate plenty of outdoor space—ideally a yard—since his breeds enjoy stretching their legs and exploring under supervision.
Is this breed typically suitable for homes with children?
Bolt’s breed mix is generally good with children, though because of Bolt’s size and vision needs, supervision with younger kids is important to avoid accidental knocks.
