About Alex

Meet Alex! This sweet girl has just arrived at Rosemarie's Rescue Ranch and is around a year old. Weighing in at about 25 lbs, she's an Australian Shepherd mix with a bicolor coat. Alex found herself at a southern kill shelter alongside her brother, Elfie, after their owner was deported. Nearly fully housebroken, Alex still benefits from early morning bathroom breaks and may tinkle a bit when overly excited. Sheโ€™s comfortable in a crate and knows how to relax without making a fuss. On walks, she displays confidence and calmness, never pulling on the leash. Fetch is her game of choice; she loves chasing balls and bringing them back for more fun. Social and outgoing, Alex enjoys meeting new people, offering affection in abundance by resting her sweet face on laps or shoulders. She has a playful side, relishing moments of running and rolling in the grass. After a day of fun, you can find her snuggled up close to her foster family on lazy Sundays. Alex is up to date on vaccinations and spayed. Ready to welcome Alex into your heart and home? Click apply to start the adoption process.
