Fortunately, a kind family brought him in and tried to find his owner but to no avail. They decided to foster him, and Boomer thrived under their care, showing just how sweet and loyal he can be. Now in the DC metro area, Boomer enjoys being active, whether it’s hiking, car rides, or joining his foster family at cookouts. He's a dream in the car—quiet and relaxed. At social gatherings, he's friendly and affectionate without needing to be the center of attention. At home, he loves curling up on a blanket and getting plenty of belly rubs. His gentle nature really shines among his impressive build. Boomer is fully housetrained and comfortable in his crate, often choosing to rest there. He’s earned free-roam privileges, sleeps quietly through the night, and has a delightful snore when he's relaxed. While he enjoys his daily walks, he can pull on the leash at times. His ideal adopter will be confident and patient, continuing his training. Boomer can be selective around other dogs.
