When he arrived, he was dirty, underweight, and a bit apprehensive about life indoors. Floyd is in the process of rediscovering everything he deserves. He’s active, sweet, and undeniably beautiful. However, he’ll need a family willing to help him learn about the world around him. Patience, basic training, and continued socialization will be essential for his progress. New situations can be daunting, but with every day in foster care, he’s starting to realize that kindness exists, homes are safe, and being part of a family is a joy. Currently, Floyd thrives alongside dogs of all sizes. We believe having another confident, friendly dog in the home is ideal for him. Since he can become easily startled, a household without young children would be best for his comfort.
