Marta arrived at the shelter as a lost dog on 8/10, and sadly, no one has come to reclaim her. A longtime volunteer describes Marta as one of the most incredible dogs she has ever met. She's fun-loving, friendly, playful, and loves her toys. Marta enjoys playing with her best friend, Bertie, and the two of them know commands like sit, down, and stay, performing them together in perfect unison. It's a joy to watch them interact! Marta is about 3 years old and weighs 48 lbs. She is up-to-date on vaccines and tested negative for heartworms. She will be spayed and microchipped upon adoption.
