Skimmer is a lively little kitten who came to us as a bottle baby from Milwaukee animal control. Raised by her foster mom since just a few days old, she’s already made her personality known. Often nicknamed "Skimmy," this chatty girl loves to race around with her foster siblings or play with her favorite treasure, which is usually a piece of trash she digs up. After a good play session, she loves to settle down, purring loudly in her foster mom's lap. Skimmer would flourish best in a home with another kitten or a young, playful cat—her sisters Darner or Dasher would be great companions. Unfortunately, doggos won’t do. She is scheduled to be spayed on 08/25/26, with a go-home date shortly after on 08/29/25, and is ready for a new adventure. Adoption fee is $175, which covers spaying, microchipping, vaccinations, and treatment for fleas, ticks, worms, and mites. As a foster-based organization, all meet and greets occur in Skimmer's foster home on the Lower East Side of Milwaukee. Every kitten deserves love and a home—could you be the one?
