Jaxen is a charming hound who's 2 years old. He arrived at HAP from a high-intake shelter in Louisiana after they ran out of space for him. Despite his past, he’s friendly and eager to meet new people. His playful, goofy personality shines through as he explores with his nose leading the way. After a good sniffing session, he loves to curl up for cozy snuggles. His recent Doggy Day Out was filled with excitement. One volunteer shared how Jaxen savored a dog-friendly ice cream at a cafe and indulged in treats. Although he showed some energy while meeting other dogs, he quickly calmed down and enjoyed the experience. Jaxen has a lot of love to give and is looking for a home where he can continue to thrive.
