Rosco Rue is a charming 17-year-old Cocker Spaniel who found his way to us after being surrendered to Los Angeles County Animal Control. We welcomed this sweet senior to Frosted Faces Foundation on August 12. Rosco's gentle demeanor and warm spirit are already winning hearts. He weighs 27 pounds and sports a lovely yellow-tan coat, perfect for snuggles. As he settles in, we'll learn more about his personality and preferences. Though Rosco doesn't have any special needs, he thrives in a calm environment where he can enjoy his golden years.
