Beethoven is a charming 5-year-old Puggle currently seeking a loving home. He arrived at the shelter in August 2026 after his previous owner faced financial difficulties. Beethoven is on track to be neutered and microchipped soon, and in the meantime, he’s fully vaccinated, flea treated, and dewormed. Though a bit shy initially due to the bustling shelter environment, he quickly warms up to people and transforms into a delightful cuddle buddy.
