About Nova

Meet Nova, a charming 2.5-year-old girl weighing about 61 lbs. She was found with her friend Bruiser in the Calcutta/East Liverpool area after their owner passed away. Nova is an affectionate and friendly dog, welcoming everyone she meets with warmth. At the pound, she's been good with other dogs, showing a preference for playtime with her furry friends. While she could use a bit of guidance with manners and basic training, Nova is eager to learn and seems to grasp new concepts quickly. She's also been very clean in her kennel, suggesting she's mostly potty trained. If you’re looking for a loving dog to join your family, consider giving Nova a chance! Our adoption fee is currently sponsored, making it a great time to bring Nova home. Remember, adoptions must be done in person, so if you’re interested, please call to schedule an appointment.
