Meet Merry, a charming staffie mix puppy with irresistibly short legs. He came to the shelter after his previous guardians couldn't continue their care. Currently, he's enjoying life in a foster home with two of his siblings. His foster family describes him as the goofy one, always rolling around in play or bumping into things. Merry is silly and brings joy to any gathering. Though he's the most vocal of the trio, that just adds to his delightful personality. He's also been learning about appropriate play, as he has a tendency to use his teeth during fun and will need some guidance in this area. All three siblings are sweet, playful, and love cuddling on the couch. They have shown a great ability to maintain a clean indoor space at night, and they consistently go outside for potty breaks. Merry is new to leash walking and may initially be nervous, but with assurance, he’s eager to follow along. He's quite enthusiastic about food and has already shown interest in slow feeders. Excited by the arrival and departure of visitors, Merry can be a bit vocal, utilizing his impressive puppy barks. Once he learns that people coming and going is a normal routine, he will settle into that calmness. He's friendly and comfortable being handled.
