Meet Trixie, a delightful Pomeranian mix, weighing in at just 8 pounds, who embodies sweetness and sass. Her striking black markings and those adorable, penciled-in eyebrows give her a unique charm that’s hard to resist. Trixie is approximately 1-2 years old and has a captivating personality that truly steals the show. When she first met her foster family at the shelter, she greeted them with a little wave, standing on her back legs and lifting her paws into the air—one of the cutest canine greetings you've ever seen. Trixie thrives on companionship. She adores being near her people, content to quietly lounge as you go about your day. Initially, she tends to gravitate toward women but warms up to men as well. Once comfortable, Trixie becomes affectionate and loving, making her an easy companion. She's a wonderful snuggle buddy at night, typically finding a cozy spot on a pillow or the foot of the bed. Currently, Trixie lives harmoniously with other dogs. While she hasn’t started playing yet, she enjoys their company and is learning to establish her boundaries with a bit of sass. Trixie is more of a lover than a fighter and responds to playful chatter with a burst of energy known as the Trixie Zoomies. She’s not yappy, only barking briefly when someone comes to the door before settling down. Trixie is mostly potty trained and picking up on her foster home’s routine. She barks a little when crated but settles down quickly. Trixie is looking for a quiet home where she can share life with her human, curling up in bed and becoming part of the daily routine.
