Meet Diesel, a delightful 25-pound auburn sweetheart with a face that's hard to resist. This young dog is already charming everyone he meets with his playful personality and zest for life. Diesel is making his way to Paws New England from Hernando County, Mississippi, where he was found running loose in a less-than-ideal area. He’s been getting settled in at the shelter, and now it's time for him to start his new adventure up north. Described as wicked fun, Diesel loves playing outside and brings plenty of happy energy. A little jumpy, he’s likely going to benefit from some basic training as he adjusts to his new home. His foster mom is experienced and will help him learn what he needs. As for housetraining, that's still a work in progress. Diesel arrives on 8/15, and we’ll soon discover what he knows and what he needs to learn.
